“This work has been extremely challenging in a really positive way. It has been life changing really but I was stuck in some very fearful positions, way more than I realised. It’s still a work in progress but I am moving in the right direction.
I didn’t expect to struggle as I did. However, nothing is wasted and I have moved through a lot of stuff that I probably wouldn’t have, had I been left to my own devices. Accepting that my current pace is ok for me even if its way slower than usual.
