As a homeopath I help people improve their health using homeopathic remedies, but often there is more to it then this. I help people become unstuck, to get out of a rut, to move forward in life, to recover from trauma, to cope with grief, to improve fertility, to feel more ‘at home with the world around you.
As well as using homeopathic remedies I often find myself helping with
- sleeping patterns,
- helping to change habits,
- to incorporate new habits into the daily routine,
- helping to change the mindset to allow growth,
- ideas to improve the diet,
- increase exercise,
- change the routines so that they are more helpful to your mind body and soul.
Of course, I am not an expert in everything healthy, I know quite a bit about growing your own vegetables and rearing animals for meat, I know about fishing and preparing seafood and I know quite a bit about foraging because I have done all of these things. I know nothing about supplements because I have never used them and haven’t any training in them, I don’t know much about herbal remedies, I only know a little about essential oils and other natural therapies having run a multi function Natural Health Clinic with a number of different practitioners.
Pulling in Resources
So when it comes to helping my clients with their health journey and preparing the way for change, I need to pull on many resources to find the additional useful information that will advise, inspire and explain why it might be helpful to you.
When I was asked if I would include my Natural Help through Peri Menopause and Menopause Coarse in an Ultimate Health Bundle I needed to find out more.
